Environment variables

TODO: this page will list every environment variable Ostler reads, what each one does, the default value, and an example. Group by component (Hub core, security module, Marvin API, channel adaptors, build / release tooling).

Owner: @andy. Cross-reference: the .env.example files in CM051 and the boot sequence in the security module. Do not paste real secrets into examples – use placeholder values.
